By accessing this website or scheduling a diagnostic inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description & Diagnostics

We provide technical diagnostics and repair services for a variety of domestic and commercial appliance systems.

Diagnostic Fee: A standard diagnostic fee applies to all service visits. This fee covers the technician's travel and the professional assessment of the appliance.

Quotes for Repair: Following a diagnostic assessment, we will provide a quote for the necessary parts and labor to complete the restoration. Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to provide rapid deployment and reliable timing for all service visits.

Appointments are scheduled within a specific window of time. While we aim for precision, external factors such as traffic or parts availability may occasionally cause delays.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Limited Warranty

We stand behind our technical excellence and the quality of our restoration work.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, we provide a limited warranty on labor and parts installed during a repair. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, external factors (e.g., power surges), or repairs attempted by parties other than ApplianceFix.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our goal is a safe and effective restoration, but technical work involves inherent risks.

In no event shall ApplianceFix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services or materials on our website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service visit giving rise to the claim.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Effective service requires cooperation between the technician and the customer.

Customers must provide safe access to the appliance requiring service, ensure a clean working environment, and provide accurate information regarding appliance symptoms and history.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the service areas of Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties.
